Crowne Plaza Phuket Panwa Beach - Cape Panwa

The facility is new and the perfect relaxing get away. Wonderfully clean and the staff were so helpful. The Thann wellness spa is 1st class. Food was amazing. the breakfast was ideal - it was nice to be able to take the time to have a long breakfast, reading my magazine, and looking out over the pool and ocean. The cooking class was fun too. This resort is ideal for total relaxation away from the touristy areas of Phuket. I would definitely go back.

Because the resort is so new, some of the staff are still training and some of the hotel organisation is still not quiet 100% - but I am sure it won't take long. I would go back tomorrow if I could.

Hotel staffs are kind. Breakfast buffet and dinner are nice. Views from Restaurant and room are also nice.

Expensive for hotel limousine.

Não gostei do facto de termos pedido serviço de transporte para o aeroporto, termos confirmado no dia anterior, e no próprio dia a funcionária que havia confirmado não saber do que estávamos a falar e como tal termos partido mais de 35 minutos depois do combinado.

No relax in this hotel, it actually owns a pool, which is only full of water from 10am to 5 pm, the other time you can only see a big mud beach from your expensive sea-view room. And the two public pools are only opened before 7 pm. The sea is very dirty and your feet will be fallen into mud not sand in the water. Not possible to swim there. The shuttle bus provided by the hotel is expensive, costs 150B to the Phunket town, only for 8 kilometers. I konw some alike hotels, which also locate in remote place, provide free shuttle bus or the ticket costs only 50B for such a short distance. Breakfast is not good. 这根本就不是一家海边度假酒店，因为她家冲着的海面就是一个小海湾，仅仅只有10:00-17:00之间有水，其他时间，就是一个大的烂泥滩，我们为了海景房来到了这家酒店，结果大部分时间，我们都要面对那个扫兴的烂泥滩。而酒店提供的两个公共泳池，竟然7点以后就不允许使用了。 鉴于她家如此偏僻的地理位置，岛上又没有正规的出租车，她家提供的班车，竟然收取高昂的费用，到普集镇上短短8公里的距离，收取150B每人。有的同样情况的酒店，会提供免费班车，或者仅收取50B的费用。 这家酒店完全不为住客着想，就想把客人困在这么一个没水的地方，对着烂泥滩吃她家昂贵的食物。

מיקום גרוע רחוק מכל מקום !!!שרות גרוע ביותר ממש לא מתאים לתאילנד!מחירים יקרים מאוד עד כדי כך שיותר יקר מאירופה או ארה"ב אבל הלו אנחנו בתאילנד!!חוף ים יפה אך לא מיועד לשחייה המים בגובה נמוך כך שאי אפשר לשחות.

أكله وشربه نظيف وتعامل الموظفين ونظافته كان رائع باستثناء موقعه البعيد
